We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our Customer Service team at Ellie’s. Whether you’re preparing menu items, helping customers at the counter, or keeping things tidy, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Position Details:
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve menu items with care and accuracy
Assist customers with orders and offer helpful suggestions
Process sales at the register
Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, helpful attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Customer service experience is a plus—but not required
Willingness to pitch in wherever needed in a fast-paced environment
