About the Role
Self Opportunity, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Advertising Coordinator to join our Lewisville, TX team.
The primary responsibility of this position is to quickly and accurately create, manage, and post employment advertisements across major platforms including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and other digital recruitment channels.
The role also includes recruiting talent from start to finish—identifying candidates who match specific client requirements, contacting and engaging candidates, conducting initial interviews, and guiding qualified candidates through the recruiting process.

What You'll DoRecruitment Advertising
- Create, edit, format, and publish employment advertisements across multiple job boards and social platforms.
- Manage job postings, updates, renewals, and campaign changes.
- Review advertisements for accuracy, formatting, compensation, location, and other important details.
- Monitor campaigns and troubleshoot basic job board or advertising issues.
- Manage multiple clients, job postings, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Recruiting & Candidate Management
- Identify and source candidates who meet specific client requirements.
- Review resumes and candidate information to determine potential fit.
- Contact candidates by phone, text, and email.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews and candidate screening.
- Guide qualified candidates through the recruiting process from initial contact through client submission or the next stage of the hiring process.
- Maintain timely candidate follow-up and communication.
- Document candidate activity and information within recruiting systems.
- Work with clients and internal recruiters to understand hiring requirements and candidate qualifications.
Client Communication
- Communicate directly with clients primarily through email and occasionally by phone.
- Gather information needed to create effective job advertisements and recruiting campaigns.
- Respond to client questions and professionally address concerns regarding advertising or recruiting performance.
- Maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Handle difficult conversations calmly and with a solutions-oriented approach.
Marketing & Business Development Support
As experience develops, responsibilities may expand to include:
- Assisting with recruitment marketing campaigns and customized client strategies.
- Helping develop new advertising services and packages.
- Creating marketing materials and recruiting content.
- Researching new recruiting platforms and technologies.
- Assisting with social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Technology & Team Support
- Work with ATS, CRM, job boards, recruiting, and advertising platforms.
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Assist with basic computer, software, and platform troubleshooting.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with answering phones during high-volume periods.
- Support other areas of the business as needed.

Experience That Is a Plus
- Recruitment, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, or other job board experience.
- ATS or CRM experience.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, or interviewing.
- Canva.
- Google Workspace/Google Suite.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Meta/Facebook or TikTok advertising.
- ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.
- Basic AI prompt writing.
- Basic computer/software troubleshooting.
