JOB SUMMARY: Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
-
Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
-
Create loyal customers
-
Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
-
Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns
-
Responsible for keeping the bay clean
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
-
Communicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnel
-
Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)

Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
-
Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds

Bend, kneel, squat or stand
-
Work in a heated and/or cold environment

Climb an extension ladder
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

High School or equivalent
