Help Wanted: Sales & Marketing Associate — Mattress & Furniture

About the Role
At Mountain Mattress and Furniture, we don't do pushy. Our sales approach is built around one thing: understanding what each customer actually needs and matching them with the right mattress or furniture for their life. You'll build real relationships, ask good questions, and guide people to solutions they'll thank you for years later.
Beyond the sales floor, we'd love someone who can grow with us — helping shape our advertising, marketing materials, and social media presence.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and build genuine rapport
- Learn our product line deeply so you can make confident, honest recommendations
- Follow our low-pressure, needs-based sales process
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Support local advertising and marketing campaigns
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional store environment
What We're Looking For
- A natural connector — someone who enjoys conversation and earns trust easily
- Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Creative, self-motivated, and dependable
- Willing to learn our products and sales approach
