Position:
Gutter & Outdoor Shade Installer
What You’ll Do:
Assist with installing gutter systems and/or patio covers, with the potential to work independently as you grow in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize safety and quality in every project
Pick up and manage materials for each job
Deliver exceptional service and support to customers
Load and unload materials at job sites
Keep job sites clean and organized
Learn and grow through hands-on training
Follow instructions, complete daily tasks, and ask questions to ensure success
Assist with gutter and awning installation, repairs, and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
A great sense of humor to keep the team smiling
Must be 18+ years old
Authorized to work in the US
High school diploma or GED
A team player with a self-motivated attitude
Reliable transportation to get to work
Must have a clean driving record
Ability to read a tape measure with precision
Comfortable lifting up to 75lbs
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (up to 2 stories)
Strong communication skills to connect with the team and customers
Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Willingness to work extended hours when needed
Starting Wage:
$37,000-$57 ,000 (based on experience)
