To manage daily operations of Quality Management in the Adult and Pediatrics Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Cell Therapy program at UAB and Children's Hospital. To collect and report regulatory data and coordinate quality improvement/process improvement (QI/PI) teams, performance reviews, departmental and individual goal setting, conflict resolution, scheduling, assignments, summary presentations to executive committees and to serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, professional organizations and other external healthcare providers. To assume primary facilitation responsibilities for high level QI/PI teams.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. None required.
