Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans that help residents achieve their highest level of independence
Accurately document treatments, resident progress, and outcomes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Follow all state and federal regulations
Adhere to facility policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Current Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
