Growing regional construction and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to handle service calls and small projects for commercial and retail clients.

Duties
- General maintenance and repairs (carpentry, drywall, patching, painting)
- Light plumbing (fixtures, leaks, replacements)
- Light electrical (switches, outlets, basic troubleshooting)
- Tile repairs, door hardware, adjustments
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate job updates with office/admin team
- Take before/after photos and document work
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in construction or maintenance
- Must be able to work independently
- Clean, professional attitude (client-facing role)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own basic tools (hand tools + drill, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Retail shelving/fixture experience a plus
