Logistics & Supply Chain Platform
We are seeking Pre-Sales / Solutions Consultant to join at a pivotal moment as a new end-to-end logistics platform is launched, bringing together transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, and visibility into one unified product suite. This role combines customer-facing solution design with product influence, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and market expansion. You will help shape how the product is positioned and demonstrated in a new market, while working closely with Software and Product teams to influence design and feature development for North American supply chain challenges.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a ground-up software platform rather than an incremental evolution, with direct impact on both customer success and product innovation.
Responsibilities
● Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities by understanding customer business challenges, supply chain workflows, and technical environments, helping move deals forward through the sales cycle
● Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to executive and technical stakeholders, clearly articulating business value and expected outcomes
● Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) during presales engagements, guiding customers on best practices and how the solution supports their supply chain processes
● Support the full sales cycle, including discovery, validation, and customer POCs, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and solution capabilities
● Develop and communicate business value metrics and KPIs with customers to quantify the expected impact of the solution on supply chain operations
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and validated during the presales process
● Conduct market research including competitive analysis, trend analysis, and customer needs analysis, sharing insights from presales engagements to support product positioning and North American market strategy
● Play a key role in scaling the presales motion for a new logistics software platform and supporting deal closure efforts
● Support RFP/RFI responses by providing clear technical and functional content during the sales cycle
Skills
● Strong experience in presales, solution consulting, or solution engineering roles
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value
● Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs and value metrics for customer outcomes
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
● Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
● Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to help build processes in an evolving organization
● Strong market awareness and ability to incorporate customer and competitive insights into engagements
● Comfort working in a customer-facing, consultative role with executive stakeholders
Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or solution engineering roles, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS
● Strong understanding of supply chain processes including transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, and order management
● Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, TMS, or related systems; integration experience is a plus
● Experience delivering product demonstrations, POCs, and supporting enterprise sales cycles
● Ability to operate in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities
● Strong understanding of business value metrics and KPI definition in customer-facing engagements
● Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
