UBABY COLOR
UBABY COLOR is a STEAM-based interdisciplinary art program for children ages 2–13.
It is not only about teaching children how to draw beautifully. More importantly, it helps children build observation, aesthetic judgment, creative confidence, cultural understanding, and visual expression through art.
In UBABY COLOR, art, nature, science, culture, engineering, and mathematics are not separate subjects. They are connected through meaningful themes and hands-on creative experiences.

Job Summary
The Family Experience Coordinator is much more than a front desk receptionist.
You are the first smile families see, the first voice they hear, and one of the most important reasons they choose to stay with UBABY Color.
This role combines customer service, admissions, family engagement, operations support, and community building. You will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring every family receives outstanding service from their very first visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Family Experience
- Welcome every family with warmth and professionalism.
Customer Service & Admissions
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Assist parents with scheduling, registrations, and account updates.
- Help families choose age-appropriate programs.
- Support membership sales and program recommendations.
- Maintain accurate student records using Jackrabbit.
- Process payments and registrations.
Campus Experience
- Keep the reception area, lobby, and waiting space clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Ensure brochures, displays, and promotional materials are fully stocked.
- Prepare the front desk before opening each day.
- Maintain a professional appearance throughout the campus.
- Help create an inviting environment for children and parents.
Operations Support
- Support teachers during busy transition times.
- Assist with Open House events, birthday parties, workshops, camps, and community events.
- Help prepare welcome materials for new families.
- Coordinate basic administrative tasks assigned by the Campus Manager.
- Report maintenance or facility concerns promptly.
Community Building
- Create positive interactions with every family.
- Encourage parent engagement and participation.
- Help collect reviews and testimonials.
- Represent UBABY Color professionally within the local community.
- Support partnerships with schools and community organizations when needed.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
- Experience working in education, childcare, hospitality, retail, or customer service
- Experience using scheduling or CRM systems
- Bilingual (English + Mandarin Chinese) is a plus
- Experience working with children or families
