As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event, providing excellent guest services, and maintaining safety protocols. Duties
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including manual handling of equipment and supplies
- Manage guest flow by guiding players and families through the photo process efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support photographers and event coordinators with logistical tasks and equipment management
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems for any on-site purchases or merchandise
- Address conflicts or concerns promptly to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere
Requirements
- Experience working with children in settings such as sports events, retail sales, or hospitality environments
- Strong skills in customer service, public speaking, and guest engagement
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely throughout the event duration
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict effectively
- Additional experience in food service, resort operations, theater production, or lifeguard roles is a plus
- MUST BE AVAILABLE SEP 19 AND OCT 17
