The Sales & Revenue Manager is responsible for leading leasing strategy and driving revenue performance for a high-performing student housing community. This role oversees sales execution, lead conversion, renewals, competitive positioning, and leasing team development to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Working closely with cross-functional leadership, the ideal candidate will analyze market trends, identify performance opportunities, coach sales behaviors, and implement strategic initiatives that maximize results. This position is ideal for a data-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional performance.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
