Hotel Casa Del Mar is Seeking Spa Receptionist!
We are looking for a positive, energetic person to provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests have friendly and meaningful experiences. At least 2 years' experience working in a luxury spa setting preferred. Enhance the guest's experience at the spa in order to achieve our mission by adhering to the standards. To consistently provide exceptional, personalized services to our locals and guests.
THE SPA RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum two years working in * luxury, high-volume work pace.
-Assisting clients with any needs/concern.
-Answering multiple phone lines taking and delivering messages.
-Checking and responding to daily emails.
-Scheduling and confirming appointments.
-Must be comfortable speaking with clients and prospective clients on the telephone.
-Keeping front desk/retail area organized and clean.
-Maintaining client files.
-Resourceful and well organized.
-Ability to multi-task & maintain poise and a sense of humor amidst a fast paced and demanding environment.
-Required, and must have open availability, weekends, and holidays.
