Asiel Painting LLC is seeking a motivated bilingual Sales Representative to help generate and close residential and commercial painting projects throughout Miami-Dade County.
This is an independent contractor, commission-only position. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Compensation is 10% of each project that is completed and fully paid by the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads for painting and related home-improvement services.
- Contact homeowners, property managers and business owners.
- Visit potential customers and assist with sales appointments.
- Follow up on estimates consistently.
- Help close profitable projects.
- Maintain clear communication with the company owner.
- Track leads, customer information and sales status.
Requirements:
- Must speak English and Spanish.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Home-services, painting, remodeling, roofing, windows or construction sales experience is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be professional, organized and dependable.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and property managers.
- Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation:
- 10% commission on completed and fully paid projects.

Service Area:Cutler Bay, Kendall, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Homestead and surrounding Miami-Dade areas.
Important: This position is best suited for an experienced salesperson who can generate opportunities, follow up consistently and close sales. This is not a salaried position.
