We are seeking a full-cycle Sales Representative who can own the entire sales process—from lead to close—within the residential remodeling space.

Collaborate with project managers and production teams for accurate estimates and smooth handoffs

Maintain a consistent pipeline and hit monthly revenue targets

- Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement sales

Ability to run in-home sales appointments and close on the spot

- Base salary + uncapped commission (or commission-only for top producers)
