Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ year of experience supporting a comprehensive philanthropy program, including annual, major, or planned givingExperience with donor stewardship, cultivation, and relationship managementProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to coordinate executive meetings, prepare donor materials, proposals, correspondence, and reportsExperience planning and executing donor recognition, stewardship, or fundraising eventsStrong written and verbal communication, customer service, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality of donor information

Summary / Duties:Responsible for supporting regional donor stewardship and philanthropic initiatives by developing and maintaining relationships with donors, patients, physicians, employees, and key constituents. Coordinates executive support activities, donor meetings, funding proposals, correspondence, and research while ensuring high-quality customer service. Plans and implements donor recognition programs, stewardship events, and cultivation activities, including logistics, communications, invitations, and follow-up. Develops collateral materials in partnership with internal teams and external designers and helps maintain reporting mechanisms that support fundraising efforts. Serves as a liaison with board members and other stakeholders while handling confidential donor information with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
