Responsibilities of a Verizon Sales Assistant
- Connect with customers to understand their internet needs and introduce Verizon FiOS solutions.
- Explain the benefits of fiber-optic internet, including faster speeds, reliable connections, streaming, gaming, and connected home technology.
- Provide personalized recommendations and create a positive customer experience.
- Assist with customer questions, account enrollment, and service information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company sales procedures.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve goals while participating in ongoing coaching and development.
