We're hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Representative to join our team representing AT&T. If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, bartending, customer service, or you've recently graduated and are looking to launch your career, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative:
- Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers with AT&T products and services.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Answer customer questions about AT&T products and services.
- Help troubleshoot any account related issues.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Support team goals and company initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Hospitality, retail, restaurant, bartending, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- No previous telecommunications experience required.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
