Location: Alice Springs RV Park & Resort – Ionia, MI
Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal (Through Approximately Mid-November 2026)
Do you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and no two days being exactly the same? Alice Springs RV Park & Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and flexible team member to join our campground family!
This position is primarily a Front Desk Associate role, assisting guests with reservations, check-ins, and general customer service. However, we're looking for someone who enjoys pitching in wherever needed. Depending on the day, you may also help with cabin turnovers, campground events, light housekeeping, or other operational tasks to help ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Check guests in and out of the campground
- Answer phones, emails, and guest questions
- Assist with reservations and campground information
- Help maintain a clean and organized front office
- Support cabin cleaning and inspections as needed
- Assist with campground activities and special events
- Help other departments when needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being on your feet and performing light physical tasks
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Schedule
This position requires a flexible schedule, with Friday and Saturday availability required. Additional weekday shifts may be available for the right candidate based on business needs and availability. Weekend availability is especially important during our busy camping season.
Seasonal Position
This is a seasonal position expected to run through approximately to November 2026, when our camping season concludes. We value great team members, and outstanding employees will be encouraged to return for the 2027 camping season.
