About the Role
As a Front Desk Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring residents feel heard, supported, and valued. This position requires someone energetic, proactive, and capable of managing a high volume of resident interactions while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to resident complaints, concerns, and service issues.
- Coordinate with on-site teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with residents on open work orders, service tickets, and community concerns.
- Assist residents with any immediate needs during your shift.
- Register vehicles for on-site and guest parking.
- Submit service requests on behalf of residents.
- Provide updates and answer questions regarding work orders and community items.
- Send resident communications as needed.
- Support various resident-related projects and tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similar).
- Strong ability to provide friendly, professional, and solution-driven customer service.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Preferred: Project management experience and/or property operations background.

- Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
