The Human Resources Department is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting a variety of administrative functions within the Human Resources Department.

Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and departmental correspondence.

Schedule appointments and maintain departmental calendars as assigned.

Maintain confidential employee and applicant records in accordance with department policies.

Provide administrative support to Human Resources staff.

Assist with fingerprinting, compiling new employee information, and the volunteer process.

Assist with scheduling of interviews as requested.

Perform other tasks and assume other responsibilities as may be deemed necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
