Job Overview
We are recruiting 10 drivers in Oakland, CA /San Jose, CA /Santa Clara, CA /San Mateo, CA /Hayward, CA / Livermore, CA / San Ramon, CA / Tracy, CA / Vallejo, CA / Daly City, CA, and surrounding areas for on-demand work supporting Airspace, MARKENUPS, and Uspack. Work trips that will primarily involve transporting medical-device equipment between airline and hospital locations, hospital to hospital, hospital to residential, and warehouse to warehouse. We are looking for TWIC-holding sedan and cargo van drivers with 1-5+ years of delivery experience to hospitals and warehouse facilities, dependable, professional contractors who can complete onboarding through GigSafe and be ready for activation as the work ramps up. GigSafe supports our onboarding flow and is used to collect documents and move drivers through compliance more efficiently.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- TWIC credential recommended for priority volume.
- 1-5+ years of delivery experience, preferably hospital-related.
- Sedan or cargo van, box truck depending on the role.
- Ability to complete the GigSafe onboarding process.
Duties:
- Pick up and deliver medical-device equipment between airports, hospitals, and other designated facilities.
- Load, unload, secure, and protect equipment during transport.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery windows to support on-demand service levels.
- Verify shipment details, documentation, and handoff accuracy at pickup and drop-off.
- Communicate with dispatch or operations staff regarding status updates, delays, or exceptions.
- Maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle and complete basic pre-trip/post-trip checks.
- Follow hospital access procedures, security rules, and customer site instructions.
- Handle deliveries professionally and represent Airspace/Alvy Logistics and the client well at all times.
- Complete required onboarding and compliance steps through GigSafe.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and chain-of-custody expectations when applicable
Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
