```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is beneficial
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are an asset, especially if the hotel caters to international guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
