Gravity AV is a fast-growing high-end audio/video and smart home integration company serving residential and commercial clients across Orange County and LA. We work with top brands like Savant, Lutron, Ubiquiti, and 2N, and we're on a mission to scale hard over the next few years. If you like structure and chaos in equal measure, this is your kind of place.
We're looking for an Office Manager who's going to become the heartbeat of our office, the person who makes sure everything and everyone is dialed in. This isn't a sit-quietly-and-answer-emails job. You'll be talking to clients, working directly with both owners, keeping our shop and bookkeeping tight, and jumping into new projects as we grow. If you like a job where no two days look the same and you get real ownership over how things run, keep reading.
This role has a track record of growth. Our last Office Manager moved into a technical role on our engineering team as the company scaled, and we're looking for someone who wants to build something here, not just clock in and out.
Schedule: 7am-4pm. Almost entirely in-office during your training period, with the flexibility to work from home one to two days a week once you're ramped up.
What you'll do: Be the first voice and face of Gravity AV, answering calls and emails and making every client and partner feel taken care of. Keep the office and shop running like a well-oiled machine, supplies stocked, space organized, vehicles maintained, and equipment inventory under control (our field techs will help with physical stock checks, you'll own tracking and ordering). Own day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense tracking in QuickBooks. Support light HR functions, time-off requests, clock-in accuracy, and helping manage employee benefits. Be a right hand to both owners, handling calendars, communications, and whatever comes up. Take on special projects, starting with helping grow our social media presence and build our brand.
What we're looking for: You're the type-A person who actually enjoys being organized, not just tolerates it. You like people, you're comfortable on the phone, and you build real relationships with clients and partners. You take ownership and figure things out instead of waiting to be told. You're not afraid of new software, and you're excited to use AI tools to work smarter and faster. Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required, we'll train the right person. What matters most is your drive and your instinct for getting things done right.
Requirements: Valid driver's license, you'll need to be able to drive company vehicles as part of the role.
Pay: $22-$26/hour depending on experience.
Benefits: Full health and dental coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.
To apply: Send your resume along with a short note on why you'd be a good fit. We read every application closely, generic cover letters won't cut it here.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Benefits:
- 401(k)
- 401(k) matching
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Retirement plan
Work Location: In person
