Schedule: Full-Time
Markets: East Coast, South and Mid West (20-25 markets)
Compensation: $25K–$50K Base Salary + 7–12% Commission + Weekly/Monthly Bonuses
Expected Annual Income: $145,000–$225,000+

What You'll Do
- Work warm and hot inbound digital marketing leads
- Build trust with homeowners and understand their goals
- Negotiate purchase agreements and creative solutions
- Work closely with underwriting and transaction teams
- NO UNDERWRTING NEEDED. WE DO IT FOR YOU!!!!
- Manage follow-up using our CRM and proven systems
- Help homeowners through what is often one of the biggest decisions of their lives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of acquisition or inside sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely
- Available 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Real estate experience is strongly preferred
