Flooring Sales Specialist
Location: Pearl, MS (Hybrid)

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys helping people transform their homes? Mississippi Pro Design Center is looking for an ambitious Flooring Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
Whether you have flooring experience or come from another sales background, we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. If you're motivated by building relationships, closing deals, and controlling your income, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Help customers select flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and other remodeling products.
- Meet with homeowners, contractors, builders, and property managers in our showroom and at their homes or job sites.
- Measure spaces and prepare accurate estimates.
- Follow up on leads and guide customers through the sales process from consultation to installation.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through project completion.

Preferred Experience
Experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
- Flooring or home improvement sales
- Kitchen and bath remodeling
- Cabinet or countertop sales
- Outside sales
- Real estate
- Builder or contractor sales
- Retail sales (Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards, etc.)
Compensation
- 10% commission on all sales
- Expected annual earnings: $70,000–$120,000+
- Unlimited earning potential—no commission cap

- Valid driver's license (required for in-home consultations)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift flooring samples when needed
