Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated experianced Barista to join our team in creating an exceptional café experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service also minimum 1 year of expreince.. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the preparation area, equipment, and dining space.
- Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills
- Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Experience in food preparation and service within a café or retail environment is advantageous.
