The upcoming Home2 Suites by Hilton Henderson is hiring for our opening team! Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time Hotel Room Attendant / Housekeeper! Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and restock amenities to enhance guest comfort
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces
- Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal, dusting, and cleaning fixtures to uphold cleanliness standards
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall hotel operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
