Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Provide information about the apartments and the community to prospective residents.
· Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries.
· Schedule site visits and showings.
· Close new deals and lease apartments.
· Explain all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
· Support marketing efforts; provide suggestions regarding promotions and advertisements.
· Accurately prepares and assists with all leasing documentations.
· Keep accurate records in our Customer Service Management software.
· Completes follow-up thank you notes and call-backs with prospects after initial visit.
· Maintains good customer service and relations.
· Adheres to Fair Housing Policy, ADA, Injury and Illness Prevention Policy and Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Policy
Qualifications:
· 2+ years successful record as a Leasing Agent.
· 1+ year working experience in real estate/property management industry a plus.
· 1-year Real Page experience preferred.
· Legally able to work in the United States.
· This is a full-time position, weekends are required.
· Business Professional Attire required.
