SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Product Receipt, Stocking, Readiness, and Order Processing
- Order In-take, Pick-Pack-Ship, and communication (small packages and pallets)
- Operating & Maintaining Warehouse Equipment, e.g., Pallet jacks, Packing tools, etc.
- Customer Communication & Support (Phone, Chat, Email, etc.)
- Using Office Equipment and basic MS Excel - computers, phones, label printers, shipment booking/tracking, etc.
SKILL SETS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Organized and attention to detail (executes quickly with excellence)
- Highly resourceful & frugal (stretches people and money; reduces waste, treats resources as his/her own)
- Service Driven (is comfortable to get hands dirty, all-hands-on-deck mind-set, and free of any ego.
- Maintaining a clean and uncluttered workspace. Able to lead teams, and anticipate & resolve issues.
