As a Banquet server, you're responsible for ensuring banquet guests have a flawless dining experience here at the hotel. This includes:
- Working as a team to provide great service to guests during the meal
- Serving plated meals or monitoring buffet meals to ensure fresh food is replenished and any used plates removed
- Setting up water pitchers or other table settings prior to the meal
- Lifting and carrying trays with 8-10 meals and serving them to guests
- Cleaning up during and after the meal
- Doing side work, such as rolling silverware and napkins, or cleaning
- Other work duties as assigned
