Vagabond Sandwich Company is seeking some fresh team members for Vagabond, The Frosted Rooster, and the Vagabond Food Truck.
We have a brick and mortar, a food truck (operating mainly in Harford County), and an ice cream shop called the Frosted Rooster, all based out of the same location. The positions we're looking for need to be able to work at all three if needed.
Duties include POS operation / food running, and customer service. All three can get very busy, and require you to work quickly, neatly and efficiently.
Applicants must be 18+ as we serve alcohol.
Pay is as follows:
Vagabond Sandwich Co. $11/hr +tips ($35/hr average)
Food Truck $15/hr + tips
Rooster $15/hr + tips

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Qualifications
