Studio Lead (Part-Time) – Evenings & Weekends Required

Do you enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, leading a team, and working in a fun, creative environment? Dabble & Drip is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Studio Lead to join our team.
Please note: This is primarily an evening and weekend position. Weekend availability is required and non-negotiable. If you are not available to work weekends consistently, this position will not be a good fit.
Position Overview
As a Studio Lead, you will help oversee studio operations, provide excellent customer service, support team members, and ensure guests have a positive and welcoming experience. Pottery experience is not required—we will train the right person. Leadership, serving, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
Required Availability
Candidates must be available to work at least 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
Potential shifts include:
- Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:45 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Sunday: 11:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily studio operations during assigned shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Assist guests with pottery painting projects and studio questions
- Support, coach, and communicate with team members
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Process transactions and assist with customer check-out
- Help manage busy periods while maintaining a positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Leadership, serving, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old

Pottery experience is not necessary. We are happy to train the right candidate.
