As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with questions, resolve concerns, process requests, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally. We provide paid training, consistent scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.
What Your Shift Will Involve
Every day brings new opportunities to support customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional assistance
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assisting with account updates, orders, payments, returns, and service requests
- Resolving customer concerns accurately and efficiently
- Providing information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Processing customer transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Completing data entry and administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Following company procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality guidelines
- Working closely with team members to deliver outstanding customer service
Typical shifts may include:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedules are posted in advance, and weekend shifts are shared fairly across the team.

Paid training is provided.
