Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Pataskala, OH and Frazeysburg, OH

Job Summary:
Ridge Corporation is a solutions driven manufacturing company that brings concepts to life through the application of composites and advanced materials. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all maintenance activities of Ridges manufacturing facilities. This role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies and overseeing a team of maintenance personnel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Lead and Develop a Maintenance Team: Develop training and create growth opportunities for a team of highly skilled technicians.
Develop and Maintain a Comprehensive Maintenance Program: Including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Generate World Class Reliability: Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Cost Management: Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement new maintenance technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
Spare Parts Inventory: Standardize and manage critical spare parts inventory levels for common equipment across all three facilities to optimize stock levels and minimize lead times.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with heavy focus in maintenance. Additional experience with industrial safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc.) is required.
Skills: Problem solving, project management, change management, program development and implementation, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, organized, results driven
