We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Processing Technician to join our team. This role is a float position, moving as needed between our Processing and Packaging departments to support extraction, edibles production, and packaging operations. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to shifting daily priorities, working alongside passionate teams to produce the best product possible.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Extraction Support
- Assist with extraction processes, including solvent-based and solventless (rosin) production, according to SOPs
- Assist with preparation of biomass, loading/unloading equipment, and post-processing of extracts
- Operate and assist with equipment used for extraction, filtration, pressing, and refinement
- Monitor product quality, including color, clarity, and viscosity
Edibles Production
- Assist with formulation, infusion, and production of edible products according to SOPs and recipes
- Ensure accurate dosing, batch consistency, and adherence to quality standards during production
- Support preparation and handling of ingredients, molds, and finished edible products
Packaging Support
- Package cannabis products according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Accurately weigh and verify product quantities before packaging
- Apply compliant labels to finished goods and confirm all information is correct
General
- Float between Processing and Packaging departments as needed to support daily production demands
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and facility, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Identify and report damaged products, equipment issues, or discrepancies in inventory
- Follow all company safety policies and state cannabis regulations
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to accomplish daily production tasks

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
