We are currently seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician / Coil Cleaner to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
Position Summary
The Maintenance HVAC Technician / Coil Cleaner is responsible for assisting with preventative maintenance services, cleaning HVAC systems and coils, and supporting technicians with residential and light commercial service work. This position plays a vital role in helping customers maintain efficient, reliable heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and maintenance of HVAC condenser and evaporator coils

Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and system tune-ups

Clean, inspect, and maintain HVAC equipment and components

Help identify maintenance issues and report findings to technicians

Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with minor repairs and installation support as needed

Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards

Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes and businesses

Accurately document completed maintenance and cleaning services
Qualifications
-
Previous HVAC, maintenance, mechanical, construction, or related experience preferred but not required

Willingness to learn HVAC maintenance procedures and best practices

Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops when necessary

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Good communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
