Job Overview
FH Farms Inc is seeking dependable and hardworking Loader / Unloader team members to support daily farm and warehouse operations. This role involves loading, unloading, organizing, and moving products, materials, and shipments efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural and logistics setting.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products, supplies, and shipments safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory and materials in storage and work areas
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies
- Assist with packing, sorting, and preparing products for distribution
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other basic warehouse equipment as needed
- Maintain clean and organized loading and storage areas
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Support warehouse and farm staff with daily tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, farm, or loading experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages or materials safely
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a physically active environment
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
Pay: $21.90 - $22.50 per hour
