As a locally owned franchise, Kiddie Academy of Castle Rock is operated by hands-on owners who are deeply involved in the
community and present on site throughout the week. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and
high-quality early education.
We’re looking for dedicated and caring teachers to join our growing team. This is your chance to grow professionally in a
supportive, family-like environment that values creativity, compassion, and a love for teaching.
Positions Available:
- Lead ECT Teachers
- Floating Assistant Teachers
- Kitchen Assistant Staff
- Pay Range: $17–$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Benefits Include:
- Paid time off
- Paid holidays – we are closed on all major holidays, including Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and from Christmas through New Year’s Day
- Ongoing professional development and support for ECE classes, CDA certification, and Colorado Shines credentialing
- No nights or weekends

- ECE coursework, CDA, or Colorado Shines Level 2 or higher preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
