About the Role
LCH is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare facilities safe, functional, and running smoothly. This role supports daily operations through maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general upkeep)

Complete work orders and conduct facility inspections

Troubleshoot issues (alarms, leaks, outages) with minimal disruption

Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors

Support minor construction and facility improvements

Maintain equipment logs and schedules
-
Ensure sites are clean, safe, and accessible (including snow removal)

Support safety compliance and emergency procedures
Additional Details

Must be able to perform physical work

Some after-hours or emergency availability required

Qualifications

2–5 years of maintenance experience (commercial or multi-site preferred)

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Familiarity with OSHA/safety standards

Basic computer skills (email, MS Office)

Valid driver’s license (PA, MD, or DE)
