Barista & Team Support Lead

What You'll Do:
- Make coffee and drinks for customers, greet guests, and provide a warm, personalized experience
- Support and coach a team that includes neurodivergent coworkers, following set guidelines and adaptive practices
- Help build routines, visual cues, and clear communication that set the whole team up to succeed
- Step in for shift leadership as needed: opening/closing, scheduling shifts on the floor, handling the occasional hiccup with a level head
- Receive and provide feedback openly
What We're Looking For
- You care about the mission, not just the paycheck. This is the #1 thing. If inclusive hiring is just a nice detail to you, this isn't the right fit.
- Required: experience working with people with disabilities (direct support, caregiving, special education, job coaching, etc.)
- Someone who coaching and wants to learn new skills
- Patient and consistent, doesn't get rattled when things take a little longer or look a little different than "standard"
- Barista experience is a plus
- Some experience supporting, teaching, mentoring, or managing others is a strong plus (retail, coaching, direct support, education, etc. all count)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
