There will be an Exclusive License agreement for the defined territory where a fee will be paid and in turn you will make all the profits for your area . No one else will be able to sell in your defined territory .
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow territory sales through proactive business development and account management.
- Identify potential clients via cold calling, lead generation, and networking to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase offerings and upsell additional solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including negotiations, closing deals, and contract renewals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and pipeline status.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Oversee territory management activities including scheduling visits, tracking market trends, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead client relationships and coordinate multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Expertise in business development strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales pipelines effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, technology sales, retail sales, and product demos to effectively promote solutions.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
