Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our Lexus of Watertown dealership. The Finance Manager is responsible for securing financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and premium purchase experience that aligns with the Lexus brand. This role plays a critical part in dealership profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain finance and lease options in a clear, ethical, and professional manner
- Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and Lexus Financial Services
- Offer and sell F&I products such as extended warranties, GAP, prepaid maintenance, and protection plans
- Ensure all deals are structured accurately and comply with federal, state, and lender regulations
- Prepare and review all finance contracts and related documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and vendors
- Work closely with sales management to maximize deal efficiency and profitability
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and Lexus product offerings
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or F&I Manager (automotive required; luxury brand preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and compliance regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK)
- Experience with Lexus Financial Service
