Position Overview
We are actively seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, managing a high volume of incoming calls and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Efficiently manage call flow using our phone systems and dispatch inquiries as necessary.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Open Availability strongly preferred, as shifts will vary depending on the needs of the business.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing demands
- Proficiency in phone systems and administrative tasks is essential
- Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply
- Experience in dispatching and data entry is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
