Full-TimeTarget Annual Compensation: $40,000- $60,000
This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. Team members who consistently meet performance expectations have the opportunity to earn up to approximately $50,000 in total annual compensation.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who is friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a newly created position designed to strengthen our customer communication and ensure every customer receives prompt, professional service from their very first interaction with our company.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with our service teams
- Respond promptly to website, Google, Facebook, and other online inquiries
- Follow up with customers regarding previous estimates and recommended services
- Assist existing customers with scheduling future maintenance and repairs
- Keep customer information accurate and organized within our management system
- Work closely with our Service Advisors and management team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Deliver friendly, professional communication with every customer interaction

Preferred Background
Automotive experience is not required but a strong Plus
