Bilingual Territory Sales Representative (Spanish/English) - Must Speak Spanish!

Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 base salary + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings: $105,000–$120,000+
We're partnering with a growing finance company to hire a Bilingual Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage business relationships throughout the Las Vegas market.
This is a field-based opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a territory, and growing business. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent visiting customer locations, with administrative work completed from home.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
- Build relationships with new and existing business customers
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using a CRM
- Meet and exceed sales goals and activity metrics
- Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing account support
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of sales experience in outside sales, territory sales, field sales, B2B sales, or account management
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable spending approximately 90% of the workweek in the field
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
