- Work closely with the production team to swiftly address and resolve any machining-related challenges, maintaining production flow.
- Conduct routine maintenance and precise calibration of CNC equipment, upholding accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze production metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement, implementing effective solutions to boost productivity.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards, ensuring a safe and high-quality production environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in CNC programming and machining practices.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC machine functionalities.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
