We are looking for a dependable and motivated Retail Lead to join our team. This position supports day-to-day dispensary operations while delivering excellent customer service and helping maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support daily store operations and team workflow
* Assist with inventory organization and stock management
* Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures
* Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
* Provide excellent customer service to all guests
* Educate customers on cannabis products and methods of consumption
* Verify customer identification and age requirements
* Support opening and closing procedures
* Communicate operational issues or customer concerns to management
* Stay informed on cannabis products and industry trends
Qualifications:
* Previous retail, hospitality, or dispensary experience preferred
* Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
* Cannabis knowledge preferred
* Inventory or POS experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
