About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Airbnb Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day readiness of four short-term rental homes in the Fort Worth area. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and takes pride in maintaining high hospitality standards.
The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring each home is guest-ready by coordinating vendors, conducting property inspections, restocking supplies, and addressing any issues before guest arrivals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of all four Airbnb properties.
- Ensure homes are clean, organized, and fully prepared for incoming guests.
- Coordinate and monitor cleaning crews to ensure quality standards are met.
- Schedule and oversee landscapers and other service providers as needed.
- Verify that cleaning and landscaping services have been completed properly.
- Restock household supplies, toiletries, paper products, coffee, and other guest amenities.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Perform final walkthroughs before guest arrivals.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and notify ownership when replenishment is needed.
- Respond promptly to property-related concerns and unexpected issues.
- Ensure all properties consistently meet Airbnb hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- Comfortable traveling between multiple properties in the Fort Worth area.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with vendors.
- Prior experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed.
