Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate food processing equipment in accordance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other safety standards.
- Assist in packaging finished products, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to quality standards in production.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following sanitation protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor production lines for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any deviations from quality standards in real-time.
- Support inventory management using SAP or similar systems to track raw materials and finished goods accurately.
- Follow regulatory and legal compliance standards throughout all stages of food processing and manufacturing management.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production, processing plants, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management is essential.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes within the food and beverage industry.
- Basic math skills for measurements, recipe adjustments, and inventory tracking.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards in production.
- Excellent communication skills for managing production or assembly teams effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards and continuous improvement practices in food processing environments.
